We do not operate aircraft, and we are clear about what we have and have not seen first-hand. Here is how we research and verify our coverage.
Where we write about a cabin, lounge, airport or airline service from experience, we say when and how we travelled. Where we have not experienced it, we say so and cite the source.
If we attend an event as press, or an airline or manufacturer provides travel or access, we disclose it in the article. Hospitality never buys coverage or a favourable verdict.
When a story needs judgement from a pilot, engineer or air-traffic specialist, we say who provided it and in what role, or we say that the point has not been confirmed by an expert.
For announcements we have not verified yet, we label them clearly and rely on the official material available. We update the piece when we get confirmation.
